RDM and HPC - Challenge or Chance?
The consortium "AG-FDM" within the HPC.nrw-project organizes a regular online-seminar discussing research data management (RDM) strategies in the context of high-performance-computing (HPC). The series will cover specific RDM-solutions for the various scientific disciplines with topics generated through the interest of the participants.
At our next seminar on September 10, 2024 at 10:00, Katja Jansen will speak on the topic "Coscine - What was, what is and what will be?".
Participation is free of charge, no registration is required and access is provided via webex.

Abstract:
Coscine is a platform for research data management and the general functions have already been presented in one of the last seminars (see video below). In the seminar on 10 September there will be a presentation of new features as well as an outlook on upcoming developments. Apart from that, there will be information about storage space requests, e.g. what the differences are between the different resource types, how storage space can be requested and how this will be possible for all DH.NRW universities in the future. We look forward to seeing you at the next seminar!
